1. Diese Mastodon-Instanz wird von aipi kostenlos und ohne Garantie für Verfügbarkeit betrieben. Es besteht kein Anspruch auf jederzeitigen funktionierenden Zugang zum Konto, da Wartungsarbeiten regelmäßig notwendig sind. Länger andauernde Betriebsunterbrechungen werden wir aber hier ankündigen: @admin@aipi.social.
2. Auf dieser Instanz sind alle Nutzenden willkommen, egal welcher politischen, religiösen oder sexuellen Ausrichtung und geschlechtlicher Identität. aipi behält sich das Recht vor, auch ohne Ankündigung Accounts zu sanktionieren oder zu deaktivieren. Dies gilt insbesondere für beleidigende und diskriminierende Äußerungen.
3. aipi geht davon aus, dass alle Nutzende dieser Instanz in der Lage sind, sich selbst gegenüber anderen zur Wehr zu setzen und Querelen unter einander zu klären. Die Meinungsfreiheit erlaubt auch hitzige Debatten. Werden Grenzen überschritten, gilt jedoch Ziffer 2.

1. This mastodon instance is operated by aipi free of charge and without guarantee for availability. There is no claim to a functioning access to the account at any time, because maintenance work is necessary regularly. But we will announce longer interruptions of operation here: @admin@aipi.social.
2. On this instance, all users are welcome, no matter what political, religious or sexual orientation and gender identity. aipi reserves the right to sanction or deactivate accounts without notice. This applies especially to insulting and discriminating statements.
